Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days, but processing may take longer depending on holidays or order volume.
  • You will receive a shipment notification with tracking number (if applicable) when your order has been shipped.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Order Change Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours of placing your order.

Return Policy

Due to the unique and collectible nature of the items we sell we are only able to accept returns for items damaged in transit. Claims for returns must be made within five days of item arrival.

To begin the return process, contact us at sean@garagekit.club with your name, order number, and mailing address.

First Class Stamped Mail

In an effort to keep shipping prices low for small items, we offer First Class Stamped Mail for US and international orders. This option is only available for small, flat objects, so keep in mind:

  • Only certain items are eligible for First Class Stamped Mail and will explicitly say so in the item description. If you select First Class Stamped Mail shipping for non-eligible items we will contact you and offer you the option to upgrade to normal shipping or cancel the items that aren’t eligible.
  • This is effectively a “letter” rate, so all items shipped via this method are untracked and uninsured.
  • Damage may occur to items because of sorting machines used for letters, usually, this means damaged spines for ‘zines.
  • We used non-machinable stamps for all items shipped via First Class Stamped Mail, which means they shouldn’t be processed through machines but we can’t guarantee they won’t and international postal services may not honor this.
