Hobby Japan's roots go back to 1955 and a miniature car shop in Yoyogi, Tokyo. Since 1969, it has been the premier Japanese model magazine.

This issue features articles about Gundam (of course), plus lots of Evangelion (1996 was right in the middle of Evangelion's model kit mania) and tokusatsu features. Includes usual Hobby Japan features like how-to guides, custom model kits, information on latest releases, etc.
